WARRANTIES
Product Warranties:
un Link Energy only installs fully developed, state-of-the-art products and components of the highest European quality and accredited by local Bylaws and Municipal regulations.
All products and components carry the warranties and guarantees of the individual manufacturers. The specific manufactures honor their warranties and/ or guarantees through our suppliers as stipulated in their terms and conditions.
Workmanship:
All the Sun Link Energy installers are trained according to the latest South African PV Installation standards and regulations. The installation workmanship is guaranteed for one year.
Sun Link Energy issues a Certificate of Compliance (COC) on the PV Installation once the installation has been completed.
The installation is signed off by an ECSA registered engineer as required by local Municipal Regulations.
Service:
Sun Link Energy’s fully trained solar technicians are on call in case of eventualities, to provide assistance and repairs on a “Fee for Service” basis.
